About Talent Kick
Talent Kick is a Swiss-wide entrepreneurial excellence program supporting top students and researchers in building interdisciplinary co‑founder teams across universities and gaining hands‑on entrepreneurial experience during their studies.
Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Marketing Intern who is excited to inspire and engage the next generation of entrepreneurial talents across Switzerland. In this role, you will directly shape how students and researchers discover, join and experience Talent Kick, ultimately influencing who takes the leap into the entrepreneurial career path.
Do you have a strong instinct for what performs on social media and love being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera, creating authentic, high‑quality content? In this role, you will combine marketing, content creation, promotion and program event support, playing a key part in how Talent Kick is presented and experienced, both online and in person, from the first touchpoint before the program to the experience throughout the program itself. Whether through Instagram, LinkedIn, at events, or directly in university classrooms, you will help bring our program to the students and make it visible to the next generation of entrepreneurial talents.
You are fast in execution, enjoy turning ideas into content quickly, and are not afraid to experiment and iterate? You will take ownership of our digital presence, creating engaging content and campaigns, while also being closely involved in the on‑ground delivery of the program. This includes supporting workshops, bootcamps, and events, coordinating with participants, and contributing to a smooth and engaging program journey. Your proximity to the program will allow you to translate real moments into authentic, relatable and compelling storytelling that inspires future talents to join.
You will also play an important role in showcasing the founders and startups emerging from Talent Kick, helping them gain visibility and share their journeys with a wider audience. By highlighting their progress, challenges, and successes, you contribute to strengthening their exposure, access to important learnings and insights for a broader audience, and the overall impact of the program.
Your responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
* Manage and grow our online presence, especially on our website, Instagram and LinkedIn, and explore new channels for targeted audiences.
* Create engaging visual, written, and video content as well as marketing material to strengthen our brand and increase engagement, incl. short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks) as well as storytelling series (e.g. founder journeys, ‘day in the life’, program insight, aftermovies or highlight films to capture authentic behind‑the‑scenes moments from events and program activities while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality aesthetic across all content).
* Coordinate Talent Kick’s presence and represent Talent Kick at external events to strengthen our visibility in the Swiss startup ecosystem and collaborate with partners, participants, and the team to promote the program online and on the ground.
* Initiate and lead marketing projects across digital, offline, and in‑person channels (social media, website, merchandising, print, advertising, events) from concept to execution, including planning, coordination, and performance tracking.
* Support PR initiatives and help build relationships with media (online & print).
Program Support
* Work closely with the Program Manager and support the organization of internal program events such as bootcamps, workshops, and team activities
* Communicate with participants on program operations and marketing related topics
* Contribute to highlighting program activities and success stories through marketing channels
* Support the visibility of Talent Kick founders and startup teams by sharing their journeys and key milestones through marketing channels
* Support the team on special projects (digital program or others)

Your Profile
* Master’s student or recent graduate with an interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, or technology
* A proactive, hands‑on mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong organizational and communication skills (English required; German and/or French is a plus)
* Talent for content creation, storytelling, and design. You combine creativity with structure – you enjoy storytelling and design, but also bring clarity, organization, and reliability to your work. You have built or actively contributed to a social media channel (personal or organizational) and understand what drives engagement
* Comfortable engaging with people, capturing content in live settings, and representing Talent Kick in public.
* Experience with entrepreneurship student organizations/program, or event organization is a plus
* Based in Zurich (mandatory), with required regular travel across Switzerland
