FenX is a spin-off from ETH Zurich. We tackle the world's energy and greenhouse gas challenge by bringing technology and innovation to the building insulation market. Our first impact product is a high-performance building insulation panel incorporating mineral waste materials. It is cost effective, fully recyclable and has a low CO2 footprint.

Tasks
* Co-development of porous minerals, production of prototypes, quality control.
* Transfer of R&D formulations to the prototyping plant.
* Material characterization and support on material certification.
* Planning and improvement of prototype production processes.
* Support on operating and maintaining the prototyping line.
* Support of the technical team on other issues as required.
Requirements
* Ideally ETH/FH
materials science
,
mechanical or civil engineering
with knowledge/ passion for ceramic and cementitious materials
* Impact driven person with a passion for innovation
* Hands-on attitude and technical understanding
* Systematic problem-solving skills
* Team-oriented and reliable
* English and ideally German proficiency
* Knowledge in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, CAD is a plus
* Swiss work permit
