The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on robust architectures, performance, and integration into enterprise systems. /p ul liDesign, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks /li liDevelop and optimize RAG pipelines (data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies) /li liImplement orchestration patterns for complex workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool integration, APIs) /li liEnsure scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and observability of AI solutions in production /li liIntegrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, data systems, and business workflows /li liContribute to the industrialization of AI development (reusable components, frameworks, best practices) /li liCollaborate closely with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value use cases /li liProven experience building production-grade Generative AI applications /li liStrong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization /li liExperience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Prompt Flow) /li liExperience designing scalable, maintainable, and observable systems /li liExperience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions /li liHands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform /li liKnowledge of agent design patterns /li liExposure to financial service /li liBanking sector environment. /li liSwiss residency is mandatory. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
