MARKETING MANAGER TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE
Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join Cotys Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Marketing Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of Brands, defining and executing with perfection the Marketing and Trade Marketing strategy of your Brands to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs).
You will work closely with the Global Travel Retail Team and the Global Brand Teams and, more importantly, with the Commercial and Multifunctional Team in Travel Retail Europe.
Your main focus:

Define Brands' strategy for theTravel Retail Europechannel, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regionalneeds.
:
Lead your Brands with full ownership, from strategy to flawless execution.
:
Be the Single Point Of Contact for your Brands, supporting and enabling the Commercial Team.
:
Lead the deployment of the Marketing strategy for your Brands to our retailers' external partners.
:
Define your Brands' innovation launch plan, working closely with the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams.
:
Build the animation and promotional plan for your Brands in mutualized collaboration with the Commercial Team.
:
Closely monitor Brands' performance,productlaunches, execution, sell:in/sell:out quantitative and qualitative information, market trends and opportunities.

Perform monthly business analysis and innovation reviews for your Brands, to be shared with the Global Travel Retail Team and Global Brand Teams, in collaboration with the Commercial and Multifunctional Teams.

Lead key monthly meetings for your Brands (S and OP, MBU).
:
Perform assortment rationalization exercises based on Travel Retail Europe consumer needs and business performance, tracking C1 to protect profitability.

Implement forecast process and sufficiency analysis on forecasts for saleables, samples and GWPs, and present recommendations. Monitor merchandising items forecasts.

Perform forecasting and shipment analysis to ensure business objectives are met, and to drive learnings to better plan for the future.

Ensure fit:for:use of toolboxes, challenging and partnering with the Global Travel Retail Team and Global Brand Teams.

Maximize Brand opportunities through finding creative solutions, making sure all executions have been fully approved by the Global Brand Team and the License.

Work on ad:hoc Marketing and Trade Marketing projects for your Brands and lead cross:functional projects.

Spearhead relationships with key internal contacts, with emphasis on effectively influencing and challenging the Commercial Team, as well as the Global Brand Teams, providing them a sound understanding of the Travel Retail Europe channel.
