Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Melide on a full-time, on-site basis.
This is a key support role within a fast-paced, international environment, where precision, communication, and service excellence make the difference.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial back-office operations with accuracy and efficiency
Handling customer inquiries in German, English, and (French)
Organizing, updating, and maintaining sales records and CRM data
Supporting client orders, follow-ups, and invoicing processes
Acting as backup for sales representatives during absences
Managing switchboard and direct client communications
Providing general administrative support, including filing and document management
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills in German (C1 minimum – priority) and English; Italian and French are considered a plus
Previous experience in sales or administrative support roles
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach
