Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Engineer to join our team. As an AI Solution Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions for our customers. You will work closely with our engineering, consulting, and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your primary focus will be on the technical implementation of AI-powered solutions, but you will also work closely with our consultants to understand our customers' business requirements and translate them into smart, scalable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
• Strong experience with Azure AI services such as OpenAI, AI Search, Cognitive Services (e.g., Document Intelligence, Vision, or Speech) and Copilot Studio
• Experience with architecture, interfaces, authentication, and orchestrated workflows
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to recognize potential for automation
• Excellent communication and personality skills, with the ability to think entrepreneurially and communicate confidently with decision-makers
• Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills
