Commercial Forecasting & Market Analytics Lead (m/f/d)

Great We are looking for a Commercial Forecasting & Market Analytics Lead (m/f/d) to join our commercial team and help turn data into strategic business decisions.
Your responsibilities include:
* Build and maintain commercial forecasting models using historical data, market intelligence and lifecycle assumptions
* Collaborate with commercial, supply and finance teams to align assumptions, scenarios and timelines and deliver consolidated forecasts with clear rationales
* Lead forecast review cycles and consolidate inputs for approval
* Represent commercial in DRM and cross-functional planning meetings to explain forecast, assumptions and R&O
* Track commercial forecast performance, conduct variance analysis, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to inform strategic and operational decision-making process
* Translate primary and secondary market research, epidemiological data and channel analytics into insights
* Monitor and analyze in-market performance, identify performance gaps, generate insights and drive continuous improvement
* Maintain commercial forecasting dashboards and define, track and report on key forecast KPIs
About you – your qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
* Proven experience building and maintaining commercial forecasting models and KPIs
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex market data and business assumptions into actionable forecasts and planning scenarios
* Skilled at interpreting data in a business context, identifying challenges and opportunities, and defining the right analytical questions and technical approach to deliver insights
* Expertise in Python, SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI with strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies; experience with forecasting platforms such as IBM TM1 and D365 is highly desirable
* Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
