* Purchasing raw and auxiliary materials in the food sector in compliance with the procurement strategy
* Drawing up budgets and annual plans and ensuring that targets are met
* Continuously monitoring the market for trends, innovations, prices and supplier offers
* Obtaining and comparing offers, conducting price negotiations and drawing up framework agreements in coordination with the planning department
* Carrying out supplier management including selection, support, evaluation, specifications and certificates of conformity
* Maintaining material master data and ensuring correct purchase prices
* Close cooperation with Development, Quality management and other internal interfaces
What you bring with you
* Completed basic or further training or several years of professional experience in Purchasing/SCM, ideally in the food sector or industry
* High level of reliability, accuracy and independent working style
* Strong strategic thinking and action skillsGood manners and a confident demeanour when dealing with suppliers and colleagues, even in stressful situations
* High level of initiative, solution-orientation, flexibility and willingness to learn in the face of change
* Experience in working with SAP, SharePoint, Teams and very good knowledge of MS Office
* Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of English and French is an advantage
