12. You have a strong focus on AI use cases and creating business value
13. Hands-on and confident presenting results to multiple stakeholders
14. Communicate efficiently and professionally to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities
15. Experienced with enterprise AI tools (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their business applications
16. Technically proficient to understand and explain the latest developments in generative AI
17. Deep understanding of AI-based solution implications
18. Comfortable collaborating across teams, cultures, and time zones
19. Passionate about supporting, training, and enabling colleagues in AI
20. Fluent in English (German or other languages a plus)
21. Willing to travel internationally up to 20%
