Overview
Your future starts here. As an ICT Workplace Supporter, you will join a team of specialized consultants working with multiple clients on-site and, at times, remotely. You will provide level 1 and 2 support and be involved in various projects and replacements. The multi-client nature of this role will help you become familiar with different environments, enriching your experience while ensuring high-quality service.
Responsibilities
* Resolve incidents quickly and respond to user support requests at various client sites.
* Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, M365 and Active Directory.
* Participate in various projects related to client work environments with flexibility and technical expertise.
* Commit to a culture of continuous learning, essential to our DNA, to promote your personal and professional development.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience managing Windows environments and virtualized desktops (e.g., Citrix and VMware).
* Solid frontline user support skills, covering levels 1 and 2.
* Ability to manage users via Active Directory and maintain software/hardware environments.
* Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, Active Directory and Azure AD.
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with the ability to simplify technical information.
* Fluent in French and English (minimum B1).
* Adaptability and ability to work effectively in diverse environments, reflecting the multi-client nature of the role.
