Manager Supply Chain Europe (multiple locations) Develop the Supply Chain Management team to improve supply-demand management and support our company growth strategy
Lead our Supply Chain Management teams across Europe
Enhance our European Supply Chain Strategy aligned with global Procurement and Supply Chain Management strategies, corporate guidelines, and tools
Oversee the supply chain from purchase order to delivery, including order fulfillment and inventory management improvements
Identify and execute local sourcing strategies, including supplier consolidation, cost-saving initiatives, and securing supplier capacity
Ensure local procurement results align with Strategic Sourcing
Ensure timely delivery of materials and components for all European factories (On Time in Full)
Lead expediting activities, coordinating with plant and group functions
Create integrated processes among Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and suppliers to support planning and replenishment
Participate in developing and adopting global standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with operational and personnel metrics, maintaining high standards in purchasing activities
Support logistics improvement initiatives and solutions
Report on Supply Chain KPIs, develop new KPIs, ensure data integrity, and provide insights to stakeholders for improvements
Your Background:
Degree in business, technical studies, or comparable training
Several years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
Hands-on mentality
Ability to create and implement new processes in a matrix environment
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of material planning, procurement, and logistics
Excellent communication skills across management levels
Fluent in German and English
Intercultural experience, willingness to travel
Ability to lead remote teams
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
