You are the point of contact for our various channels, advising clients and colleagues from our bank branches and insurance (external service) on all mortgage-related questions. You will also take on tasks in our field and actively contribute to the smooth running of mortgage business. You are responsible for your credit portfolio and are part of a team of specialists, actively collaborating on projects within our department. You are never alone: you are part of our credit advisory center with locations in Solothurn, Basel, and Lausanne – together, we cover all of Switzerland! You will work in a multilingual environment, as we support our mortgage clients in German, French, and Italian – which languages do you speak? You meet the following profile: You have completed a basic commercial training (or equivalent) in a bank or insurance company and have several years of experience in the credit field of a Swiss bank or insurance company. Ideally, you already have a supplementary qualification. A good knowledge of German will help you in our environment. You are extroverted and enjoy interacting with your clients and our distributors. You have a sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and pay attention to the quality of your work. You think network-wise, are curious, see connections, and create bridges.
