To support our Business Consulting team at our locations in Dietlikon or Rotkreuz we are looking for a motivated Senior IT Business Consultant - D365 Finance & SCM.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules and integrations, ensuring compliance and quality across international locations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze Sales and Supply Chain related business requirements. Translate requirements into system design specifications and ensure global alignment
Manage deployments, conduct customized end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders
Lead international projects to implement the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management module. Define scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations
Lead internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT technology
Deep understanding (3+ years) of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management module functionalities and configurations, with experience in global implementations
Proven experience in leading international projects and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and cross-functional backgrounds
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English and German
Relevant certifications in project management and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules are a plus
