Position: Senior Key Account Manager (d/f/m) - Switzerland
This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers, achieving or surpassing sales targets by driving revenue.
This is a field-based position within the Sales Department, located in Switzerland, focusing on the German-speaking regions and Ticion (Aarau, Basel, Zurich, Ticiono, etc.).

You will be responsible for expanding direct sales profit margins within your assigned accounts or region, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. If you thrive in a dynamic, multifunctional sales environment, read on.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within your territory, acting as the primary contact for customers and maximizing business opportunities.
* Maintain and grow existing business through account management and product promotion, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Organize and lead meetings, presenting and supporting both company and customer needs.
* Present action plans regularly to management and explore opportunities to win over competitor accounts.
* Build relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors, focusing on decision-makers, KOLs, and C-Suite executives to enhance our value proposition.
* Manage the sales process to ensure alignment with company requirements and maintain an accurate sales funnel.
Minimum requirements:
* BSc or equivalent in a scientific field or substantial experience in a similar role, with understanding of the diagnostics market in labs and hospitals.
* Experience in direct sales within medical or diagnostic sectors.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with a track record of developing and executing strategic account plans.
* Proven success in sales and solution selling, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
* Driving license and fluency in English and German; Italian is a plus.
Preferred experience:
* Experience in tender management, including leading complex tender responses independently or as part of a team.
