Responsibilities
Support the director with internal and external communications.
Edit speeches, messages, appearances, forewords, and other materials for publications and events.
Respond to media‑relevant political initiatives.
Manage social media platforms and the directorate’s online presence.
Collaborate on and manage smaller projects.
Organize and execute events.
Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and take minutes as part of the secretariat of the specialist commission.
Qualifications
Experience in administration with a relevant educational background.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with IT; experience with CMI Axioma preferred.
Professional experience in a comparable role and specialized education in a commercial, communicative, or organizational field (e.g., executive assistant, municipal specialist, business economist).
Proactive and thoughtful nature, ability to plan ahead, organize, and meet deadlines.
Strong interest in local, social, and political issues.
Professional, discreet appearance and high flexibility.
