Description:
Key responsibilities:
* Act as the point of contact for service-related questions for customers and manage HR requests until closure, including tracking and tracing. Create a high-end user experience.
* Provide best-in-class customer service, aiming to resolve queries quickly and going the extra mile. Be knowledgeable of business operations and key contacts.
* Support and advise on HR calendar events (e.g., IDP, Lonza Bonus salary review).
* Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support customer query resolution.
* Share customer feedback with Service Specialists and suggest HR technology improvements.
* Monitor HR Services & Solutions metrics.
* Initiate changes in Workday as per process.
* Proactively advise HRBPs and line managers on HR topics.
* Contribute to HR projects impacting the organization.
* Maintain knowledge of HR policies and promote the use of case tools within HR.
* Work within SLAs to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Provide guidance on key HR processes and collaborate on ad-hoc projects.
Key requirements:
* Education as "Personalfachfrau/-mann" or a university degree (e.g., Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration).
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
* Strong work ethic and resilience.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
* Extensive HR administration or shared services experience (3-5 years).
* Fluent in German and Business English.
* Availability every morning or afternoon from Monday to Thursday.
