Synopsis
As an Abstract and Scientific Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting medical professionals by streamlining their administrative tasks and facilitating scientific exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the entire abstract lifecycle: from creating timelines to managing submission and review systems.
* Communicate with key stakeholders: including doctors, programme committees, and invited faculty.
* Lead organisational aspects of the abstract selection process and faculty management.
* Support data publication across multiple channels (web, apps, printed materials).
* Ensure smooth technical programme setup with attention to structure and detail.
* Maintain abstract statistics and contribute to continual process improvement.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Strong technical and organisational skills, including Excel proficiency and ease with new software tools.
* Comfortable interacting with senior scientific professionals in a structured and professional manner.
* Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
* Background in business, events, or scientific administration is helpful.
