We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to support our team (100%).
You will be responsible for managing projects related to our strategic brand and corporate communication mandates ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will be point of contact for our clients, partners and colleagues supporting the consulting and project management team in different administration tasks, back-office, finance/budget and project organisation but also in terms of developing brand and corporate communication strategies. Your duties will include the creation of thought through concepts and presentations, cost estimates as well as invoices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your function as Project Manager you will steer projects and initiatives, status quo meetings, planning, reporting, budgets, resource allocation within our team. In a small team, each of us supports where we can, meaning helping each other, order office supplies, setting up different meetings or taking care of internal projects such as the agency website or the Social Media presence. We have a “we can”-attitude and make sure we find a solution for any given challenge we face.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Project experience in corporate communications or consulting agency experience with corresponding brand and communication projects, clients and budget responsibility.
* Experience with project management tools.
* Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* Innovative, proactive, solution oriented, resilient and passionate.
* High sense of responsibility and the highest quality standards even in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, collaborative and constructive.
