For our client ? a well‑established and internationally active industrial company ? we are currently looking for a reliable and experienced HSE Specialist for a direct permanent position, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Tasks
You ensure full compliance with Swiss occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations while implementing internal company policies and standards at the local site.
You support and advise all levels of the organization in fulfilling their responsibilities related to occupational safety, health, and environmental management.
You conduct opportunity and risk assessments and implement necessary measures together with relevant stakeholders.
You actively promote a strong quality and safety culture and drive employee‑engagement programs in close collaboration with the local HSE team, including conducting training across all hierarchy levels in line with the site's HSE Competence Matrix.
You investigate incidents, communicate findings, and ensure that effective preventive measures are put in place.
You plan and conduct internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 9001/45001, as well as internal company HSE standards.
You prepare and implement the annual Site HSE Plan and develop additional HSE‑related documentation such as the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.
You prepare reports for internal and external project reviews and ensure that the company's HSE operating system remains suitable, adequate, and effective.
You review HSE documentation from subcontractors and support them in meeting internal and external HSE requirements.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
Professional HSE certification based on Swiss legislation is mandatory.
At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within a process‑manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to create and maintain technical HSE documentation.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
Self‑driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
