Responsibilities
Identify and develop opportunities for Bühler solutions
Maintain and expand customer base
Plan and execute sales visits to customers and prospects
Listen to customers, actively monitor assigned markets, report and provide feedback about market intelligence
Actively promote the Bühler portfolio of products and services
Plan, prepare and execute sales negotiations
Collect and maintain accurate information about accounts, contacts, sales leads and opportunities
Act more independently in the daily sales activities
Design basic sales strategies for the development of the assigned areas and markets
Set priorities to fully explore Bühler's competitive advantages
Establish a broad network within markets
Develop an understanding of customer decision process and criteria
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in engineering / businees or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales and customer service, including experience in rice solutions, rice milling technologies, and food processing solutions.
