Field Sales Engineer – Semiconductors – Switzerland
A global innovator in analog and mixed-signal semiconductors is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Engineer/Account Manager to drive growth across Switzerland’s high‑tech landscape.
Your mission
* Own and expand customer relationships across automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors
* Drive design‑in success and revenue growth through strategic engagement and technical insight
* Identify high‑potential accounts and unlock new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal product teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies and influence product direction
* Be the trusted advisor to engineering and management teams at key accounts
What You Bring
* Proven success in electronic component sales (4+ years), with strong customer knowledge in Switzerland
* Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
* Strong grasp of embedded power solutions and system‑level applications
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent in English and German is a must. French would be highly advantageous.
* Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across the region
