Support & Growth: You provide vital support in the preparation of hot dishes, learning the techniques that make the Kulm kitchen legendary.

Quality Guardian: You ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP), taking responsibility for the well-being of our guests and your colleagues.
Living the Legend: You act as a proud ambassador of the Kulm principles, combining professional rigor with authentic hospitality.
This is you
Education: You have completed professional culinary or hospitality training and are hungry to put your skills into practice.
Experience: You have gained initial experience in a professional kitchen – if you’ve already worked in luxury hospitality, that’s a fantastic bonus.
Languages: You are fluent in Italian. Any additional languages are a huge plus in our global team.
Mindset: You have a "hands-on" attitude, excellent time management, and you keep your cool when the kitchen gets busy.
