Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the operations of 20 stores and lead the Business Development Managers and back-office team. You will be responsible for the entire organization and management of Retail.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee turnover, budget, and sales indicators, including setting targets for each store.
* Optimize and develop processes and structures.
* Analyze and prepare reports and statistics to monitor the distribution network's development.
* Manage human resources, including direct reports, recruitment support, and intervention at the POS in case of personnel issues.
* Be responsible for stock and inventory of the stores.
* Conduct regular store visits in the market.
* Control marketing expenses and cooperate in implementing/planning marketing activities inside and outside the stores.
* Develop the internal development program and manage the Retail Trainer.
* Supervise and negotiate contracts for the stores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You are a retail specialist with a higher business education and several years of experience in a similar management position in retail (preferably in the fashion/lifestyle sector).
* Dynamic and innovative personality with high social competence.

* Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking.
