 
        
        Role Description:
The Research Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the investment team by conducting in-depth market, industry, and company analysis to inform asset allocation and portfolio decisions. This position involves collecting and interpreting financial data, building valuation models, preparing research reports, and delivering actionable insights to portfolio managers and senior investment professionals. The analyst will monitor global macroeconomic trends, assess risk factors, and contribute to investment strategy through data-driven research.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Conducting fundamental and quantitative research across sectors, markets, or asset classes.
 * Building and maintaining financial models for valuation, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
 * Preparing investment memos, thematic research reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
 * Monitoring and analyzing macroeconomic indicators, industry developments, and corporate earnings.
 * Supporting portfolio managers in identifying investment opportunities and risks.
 * Engaging with company management teams, attending earnings calls, and participating in industry events.
 * Maintaining databases and ensuring accuracy of investment research inputs and outputs.
Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
 * 0+ years of experience in equity or fixed income research, investment analysis, or financial services.
 * Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, etc.), and capital markets.
 * Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to distill complex information into concise insights.
 * High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 * CFA certification or candidacy is preferred.
