For one of our clients, specialized in precision machinery, we are looking for their future talent in the position of apprentices - Polymechanics (M/F)Your ResponsibilitiesIn this key role, you ensure the technical training and overall supervision of the polymechanics apprentices by combining pedagogy and follow-up:- Teach CIE courses and train apprentices in manual machining techniques, conventional and CNC, metrology, and assembly- Plan, organize, and coordinate the weekly workload of the machine apprentices, tracking produced parts- Support apprentices towards success with motivating pedagogy, valuing their work, and developing their autonomy- Ensure pedagogical follow-up: work logs, absences, individual reviews, and periodic reports- Manage personnel and disciplinary matters (conflicts, corrective actions, adherence to internal rules and company values), in connection with stakeholders- Collaborate with partners (vocational schools, training centers) and participate in regular exchanges with network players- Monitor and communicate performance indicators to management via a management dashboard (costs, commitments, apprentices' production, ERP/SAP)- Participate in the promotion and visibility of the apprenticeship: open days, discovery internships, educational events, outings, industrial visits, and skills competitions (SwissSkills / IndustrieSkills)Your Profile- CFC in polymechanics or equivalent- Strong professional experience in CNC machining, ideally with CAD/CAM- Experience in the trade, with a good industrial vision- Strong commitment to sharing your know-how and supporting young people in a pedagogical, leadership, and exemplary role- Comfortable in communication and managing diverse personnel issues- Experience in teaching or supervising apprentices is an advantage for management- Very good command of French with a good level of English required (minimum B1, ideally B2); German knowledge is a plusYour Benefits- Position with high human and technical added value- Modern and structured industrial environment- Key role in knowledge
