We develop, design, manufacture, and test Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for demanding applications in Sensing, Connectivity, and Computing. /p pTo support our continued growth, we are looking for an /p pstrongTechnical Sales Engineer Integrated Photonics /strong /p pThe purpose of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience by offering pre- and post-sales technical support, strengthen the sales team, technical marketing and business development. /p h2Tasks /h2 pTechnical Engineering Solutions /p ul liTranslate customer needs into workable solutions. /li liDiscuss and define SoW (Statement of Work) with customers, prospects, and project partners. /li liProof of concept PIC design studies and PIC Layouts. /li liProvide technical customer support during the whole sales cycle (pre-sales to after-sales), including explaining technology details. /li liCollaborate with internal teams (Engineering/RD) to develop tailored solutions. /li /ul pSales Account Management /p ul liCultivate positive customer relationships and act as the primary customer interface. /li liManage the sales pipeline in CRM and achieve sales targets. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project partners. /li /ul pStrategy Market Intelligence /p ul liContribute to the marketing strategy with content and activities (talks, application notes, press releases, webinars). /li liUnderstand and analyze market trends and requirements. /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liHighly customer and solution-oriented mindset. /li li3+ years hands on experience in integrated optics or PhD in integrated optics /li liIndustry experience of 3+ years in technical sales, application engineering or similar role is a big plus /li liProven track record of meeting sales targets in technical environment is a plus /li liPrevious customer interaction is a plus /li liAbility to translate customer needs to clear specifications /li liHands-on experience with integrated photonics software tools is a plus /li liExcellent technical problem-solving skills /li liOpen minded, communicative, critical, and innovative /li liFlexible in working on different tasks and with different teams /li liAbility to work in a team and independently. /li liWorking proficiency in English. /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liA flexible and dynamic start-up work environment /li liA highly international, diverse and highly motivated team /li liPersonal responsibility in your job and the chance to grow with us /li liOur passion to bring PICs to everyday life. /li /ul pWe look forward to receiving your full application with the reference to ID 2601 including 1) your CV, 2) a statement of interest (relating the position to your skills) and 3) grade or work certificates.
