Your tasks:
* Take overall responsibility for end-to-end analysis of technical, organisational, and operational implications of a full BSI suite rollout
* Drive preparatory activities to enable potential technical expansion
* Actively coordinate with IT functions including Application Owners, DevOps, and Architects, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
* Own the preparation and presentation of findings, recommendations, and decision-ready documentation
* Manage stakeholders across core business and IT, ensuring transparency and executive alignment
Your experience and knowledge:
* Degree or certification in information technology, business informatics, engineering, or a related field with extensive hands‑on project management experience
* In‑depth technical expertise in BSI software (mandatory)
* Proven experience working in complex IT projects
* Technical project leadership with a practical, hands‑on approach
* Experience of both waterfall and agile project methodologies
* Language skills: German

* Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
