Do you want to create more than just beautiful layouts? Do you want to shape, develop, and bring a brand to life? Then we’re looking for you – right here in Kreuzlingen/Bottighofen.
At BLACKROLL, we believe that good design doesn’t stop at a great campaign – that’s where it begins. That’s why we’re looking for a creative mind to join our marketing team – an experienced designer who will help shape the visual identity of BLACKROLL. Someone with strategic thinking and a strong sense of creative freedom.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conceptualization, design, and execution of print and digital creatives – both for day-to-day business and small-scale campaigns
* Coordination and support in managing external partners (agencies, freelancers)
* Close collaboration with the Creative Director, Brand & Content team, B2B Marketing, and E-commerce teams
* Support visual consistency across channels (guidelines, templates, corporate design checks)
* Independently manage design requests from various departments
* Maintain and organize visual assets (e.g. images, icons) for internal teams and stakeholders
Your profile
* You bring around 5 years of design experience – ideally from an agency or in-house team.
* You have strong creative skills and a good sense for brand identity and tone of voice.
* You’re confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud – especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* You work in a structured, independent way and like to take responsibility.
* You’re experienced in working with brand guidelines and CI/CD systems.
* You’re curious about brand development, design processes and long-term design consistency.
* You’re communicative and open – both within your team and when collaborating with external partners.
* Nice to have: You’re familiar with DAM systems, PowerPoint templates, AI tools or UX/UI topics.
