IT Support Specialist Job Requirements
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for computerized systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to troubleshoot issues promptly. They will also be responsible for user administration, deploying new tools, and maintaining regular contact with software providers.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to prepare documentation of installations, implement IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions, and perform system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Related Field
* Over 2 Years of Experience Supporting a Desk-Side Environment
* Good Understanding of and Motivation to Work in Regulated Environments (GxP)
* Strong IT Knowledge
* Ability and Willingness to Work in a Paper-Based Environment
* Flexible and Team-Oriented Mindset
* Creative Problem-Solving Skills and Effective Communication with Colleagues and Stakeholders
* Experience Working in Multinational Teams, Sensitive to Cultural Differences and Adaptable
* Fluency in English and German (Spoken and Written)
* Criminal Record Extract Not Older Than Three Months Required
