OverviewThe Key Account & Marketplace Manager (Amazon and North America) drives profitable brand growth on Amazon as both Vendor (1P) and Marketplace Seller (3P), while shaping marketplace strategy in North America. This role manages commercial performance, supports Amazon P&L, and ensures operational excellence, brand consistency, and sustained growth through coordination with Amazon, Marketplace NA, partners, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesP&L and Business Management – Oversee and take responsibility for the Amazon-related profit and loss, ensuring sales, margin, and profitability goals are met— Play a role in developing and implementing both annual and quarterly business strategies across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)— Initiate and deliver growth projects by leveraging pricing tactics, promotional activities, retail programs, advertising, and assortment management— Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms— Supervise and coordinate external agencies or service providers for Amazon and NA Marketplace when required, ensuring their efforts align with key business objectivesAmazon Vendor & Seller Operations Management – Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon/NA Marketplace Seller Central accounts— Monitor account health, compliance and operational KPIs to ensure continuity of business— Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support accurate demand planning and executionMerchandising and Marketing Management – Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Merchandising teams— Manage and optimize content, including product detail pages, brand store, A+ content and visual assets— Plan and execute key commercial events such as Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Week— Support and manage Amazon Advertising activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP if applicable) to maximize visibility and ROASReporting and Analytics – Overview performance through analytics and internal reporting tools— Track and analyze key KPIs including revenue, contribution margin, traffic, conversion rate and buy box performance— Identify insights and opportunities to improve performance and support data-driven decision makingAdditional Responsibilities – Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned in line with business needs.RequirementsRelevant experience of more than 7/8 years in the fieldPrevious experience in ecommerce roles with direct involvement in Amazon marketplace management (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central)Strong understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising and performance driversSolid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and KPIsExpertise working with Excel for Data AnalysisStrong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with external agencies and cross-functional teamsGood organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusBenefitsBalance between work and personal life: Smart Working (Hybrid work model) and Time flexibilityAn International, fresh and dynamic working environmentPhysical & Mental Health programs, sustainable projects and workshop promoted by Guess CommunityArts, sports and social events outside the office, thanks to our Guess Fun activities!Training & Development platform and pathsDiscount on our products both online and in stores
