MISSION DESCRIPTION
Ensure the technical and operational management of a multi-site real estate portfolio
Supervise and coordinate a concierge team
Assess the maintenance, renovation and upkeep needs of the buildings
Prepare budgets related to works and ensure their monitoring
Plan and supervise technical interventions and maintenance services
Coordinate external companies and guarantee the quality of services performed
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and safety standards
Contribute to energy performance and sustainability objectives of the buildings
Collaborate with various internal partners within the framework of renovation, sanitation or transformation projects
EXPECTED PROFILE
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in the building sector or equivalent training
Diploma of ES Technician in building, Federal Certificate of technical manager or similar training
Proven experience in a similar role with management of a technical team
Strong project management skills and work monitoring
Good technical knowledge of buildings (HVAC)
Awareness of issues related to the preservation of built heritage and sustainable development
Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities
Good interpersonal skills, natural leadership and team spirit
Driving licence, clean criminal record
Available quickly for a long-term assignment with a view to a permanent position
