We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager Global Clinical Outsourcing to join a global clinical sourcing team. In this key role, you’ll act as a sourcing subject matter expert, partnering with study teams, functional areas, and external service providers to drive clinical deliverables across Phases 1–4.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and manage sourcing strategies, budget negotiations, and vendor relationships for global clinical studies.
 * Review, negotiate, and finalise service agreements and contracts.
 * Identify and mitigate risks in 3rd party performance, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
 * Provide cost forecasting and budget projections for clinical programs.
 * Uphold compliance and ethical sourcing standards.
 * Lead assigned Global Strategic Sourcing Managers and governance committees.
What You Bring
 * Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Business, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
 * 7+ years’ experience in strategic clinical sourcing or vendor management within pharma/CRO settings.
 * Proven leadership in late-phase clinical trial sourcing (minimum four studies).
 * Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.
 * Experience in leading teams is a strong plus.
 * Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment with occasional international travel.
