Your tasks
:
1. Develop innovative products and production technologies in close collaboration with Product Management, based on customer feedback and product specifications — balancing function, quality, time, and cost
2. Take ownership of and continuously improve the assigned product range; support Product Management, production sites, and Sales in product-specific matters
3. Create detailed mechanical designs with support from design engineers and CAx experts; experience with CAD-NX is an advantage
4. Ensure product quality using modern testing technologies, analyze test data, and implement findings in the final product to meet all technical and regulatory requirements
5. Release products and technical documentation in line with our development process
6. Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders across departments
Your profile:
7. A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on plastic technology or equivalent
8. 4 to 6 years of experience as a product development engineer with a focus on product development, ideally in the field of valves in the plastics processing industry
9. Experience in independently managing technical projects
10. Clear communication strength
11. Good analytical skills and the ability to summarize things and make them understandable for others
12. Good spoken and written German and English language skills
