The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Hugo Boss Watches & Jewelry brand team by ensuring efficient execution of administrative, product development, and marketing activities. The role facilitates cross-functional coordination and contributes to the timely and accurate delivery of projects in alignment with brand and business objectives.
Administrative/General
1. Manage inventory and ensure proper tracking and follow-up of product samples
2. Create and process purchase orders (POs) for all non-production materials
3. Serve as the main point of contact for administrative requests from licensors
4. Support preparation of presentations and reports (product updates, marketing reviews)
5. Ensure proper documentation and filing of product and marketing assets
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes
7. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Product – support to Product Manager
8. Maintain and regularly update product development tools and documentation
9. Support product photography process, ensuring timely execution and delivery
10. Update and manage internal sales tools (e.g., DAM, line sheets, toolbox)
11. Support and follow up on ongoing product development cycles
12. Update product operating and care manuals
13. Provide additional administrative support related to product activities
Marketing – support to Marketing Manager
14. Coordinate timelines across regional sales teams, HQ, and licensors/agencies to ensure timely project delivery
15. Maintain and update asset management tools
16. Support the Marketing Manager in ongoing marketing initiatives and projects
17. Prepare and organize campaign assets and guidelines (photos and videos)
18. Assist in the creation of marketing tools (VM guidelines, toolboxes, training materials)
19. Draft press texts and product-related copy
Support or lead of ad-hoc projects

20. Two years of relevant experience, Marketing or Product Marketing is a plus
21. Bachelor in Marketing/Communication or similar field
22. Fluent in English and German or French (other language would be a plus)
23. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
24. Photoshop, Canva, InDesign and SAP would be a plus
25. Strong organizational and project management skills
