Your Tasks
1. Act as software project lead, collaborating closely with project system engineers at a technical level to ensure accurate capture of software requirements, as well as full traceability and testability
2. Design, manage, and deliver software components (CSCIs) for flight simulation training devices from concept through to completion
3. Develop software tests, test procedures, and supporting documentation for the implemented software components
With this you convince us
4. Degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience in software development
5. Experience in C++ development for desktop applications and back-end systems
6. Familiarity with aircraft avionics and requirement-based software development standards (., MIL-STD-498, IEEE/EIA 12207) is an advantage
7. Experience with ground-based training systems is considered a plus
8. Ability to work autonomously within Agile/Scrum environments, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
9. Fluent in English (C1) written and spoken; German language skills are a plus, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
