As a Junior Sales Representative & Commercial Support in our Rotkreuz office you will be responsible for maximizing revenues of non-visited customers and providing remote customer support for diverse territories during vacancies or vacations. You will also support the Field Force Team and the National Sales Force Manager with analytics, commercial, and logistic tasks, while leading commercial improvement projects to enhance sales.
This office-based position reports to the National Sales Force Lead and requires a high-level of interactions with customers and colleagues internally and within the Sales Force and is an ideal opportunity to kick-off your career in a dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Remote Sales Activities:
Prepare offers based on inputs from the National Sales Force Lead.

Ensure delivery of sales to non-visited customers during offer campaigns.

Provide back-up support for sales representatives during vacations and throughout vacancies.

Analytical and Commercial Support:
Identify selling stories and opportunities to support sales representatives.

Update and analyse tracking reports for the field force, including sell-out, consumption, cycle plans and distribution.

Manage reception and coordinate payment of invoices for customer marketing activities.

Provide monthly support for the forecast of Pharmacy Sales.

Handle CRM management and data change requests for dental detailing.

Team Support and Coordination:
Coordinate logistics for meetings and cycle events.

Drive change agendas and organize team congress attendances, evening events, and training sessions.

Organize ad-hoc events and manage materials/communications.

Special Projects:
Improve processes and ways of working.

Consolidate feedback from the sales force.

What we expect from you
Ideally you have a bachelor’s in business administration or a similar field.

You have a strong interest for Sales and Commercial Practices and gained first Experience in sales or a related field.

Language(s): German (Native), English (Business Proficiency), French (Intermediate)

Strong analytical and organizational skill and awareness of CRM systems and data management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work in a team but also working on tasks independently.
