To support our Brand Experience Department we are looking for an
INTERN TRADE FAIRS OPERATIONS (%)
Duration: 6 Months

"Watches & Wonders" in Geneva is the highlight of the watch industry every year. The main function of this position will be to support the Senior Project Manager Exhibition Experience in all relevant operational preparations that occur before, during and after Watches & Wonders in Geneva in April .
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
1. Internal and external staff-planning (selection, contracting, briefing, etc.).
2. Sourcing of decoration material based on Visual Merchandising requirements.
3. Planning of all logistical matters.
4. Coordination and contact with various suppliers (catering, employment agency, decoration, etc.).
5. Definition and organization of catering.
6. Creation of manuals and guidelines to management.
7. Accounting and controlling of invoices and budgets via SAP.
8. Oversee physical set-up and operations of event on-site in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
9. Debriefing and Documentation after the event.
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
10. Bachelor and/or Master studies with a focus on business or hospitality management.
11. Talent for organization and project management.
12. Affinity and feel for numbers and proficient using Excel, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
14. Structured and diligent style of working with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
15. Hands- on mentality and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
16. Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines.
17. Proficient in English, additional knowledge of French and German is a plus.
