Responsibilities
Developing digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions
Facilitating and guiding projects, to ensure business and technology are aligned
Directing and supervising scalable client engagements on overall technological architecture
Ensuring re-use and scale of our knowledge and methods
Sharing, training and mapping client’s needs to Merkle capabilities
Acting as advisor or mentor for more junior colleagues on their project work and career development
Gathering of business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
Defining and enhancing industry and client specific architectures
Advising the client on architectural solution aspects within their Vertical
Closely collaborating with the development teams, UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)
Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and solution finding
Staying up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client’s business
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar
Proven track record in leading global CRM multi-cloud implementations in complex environments
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud
Strong client facing profile
Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application, system, integrations, data, sharing and visibility architect)
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus
Fluency in French & English
Availability for onsite presence in Geneva
