To complement and support our product management team at our head office in Zurich, we are looking for a committed, flexible and effective Product Manager & Topic Lead (Recycled Standard) (100%).
Product Manager & Topic Lead (100% - f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility:
Act as the internal lead for recycled materials across standards and product development
Define strategy, priorities, and development roadmap for recycled standards
Lead the development and continuous improvement of standards, criteria, and related frameworks
Translate complex material and regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and usable structures
Ensure consistency and clarity in the definition and application of requirements
Collaborate closely with technical experts, certification, and auditing teams to ensure feasibility Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities within the existing product portfolio
Support positioning and adoption together with commercial and marketing teams
Engage with industry stakeholders and stay up to date on developments in circularity and regulations
Your profile:
5–8 years of experience in product management, sustainability, textile certification, or a related field
Strong knowledge of recycled materials, circular economy, and supply chains
Familiarity with relevant certification schemes (e.g. "GRS or comparable systems") Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as EPR and ESPR
Experience with standards, certification systems, or product development processes
Strong product mindset with the ability to structure, prioritize, and drive initiatives
Ability to translate complex topics into clear and usable frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured, pragmatic, and impact-oriented working style
