Overview
Senior Reverse Logistics Coordinator & Technician to strengthen the team and support the full management of customer returns, repair activities, and continuous improvement of reverse logistics processes.
Responsibilities
* Test and repair defective equipment returned by customers
* Perform fault verification and failure analysis within local technical capabilities
* Carry out repair and refurbishment activities according to defined standards
* Process customer and supplier returns (RMA management)
* Manage loan returns and return-to-stock processes
* Ensure refurbishment of materials according to refurbishment guidelines
* Manage spare parts and ensure their availability
* Provide internal and customer-specific reporting
* Participate in FAT validation for RMA and production equipment
* Provide basic technical support to production
Supplementary Tasks
* Coordinate returns, processing, internal movements, and return flows in compliance with customer SLAs
* Collaborate with internal departments to initiate advanced replacement requests
* Work with internal and external teams (including TAC support services) to validate return requests when needed
* Review open customer returns on a weekly basis and define appropriate actions
* Process documentation required for returning equipment to customers
* Escalate issues and unresolved problems to management
* Ensure compliance with company Quality and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures
* Support the manager in identifying continuous improvement opportunities
* Analyze issues and implement corrective actions
* Report problem resolutions to management
* Support and/or perform basic maintenance of test rigs
* Provide technical support to production
* Assist TAC teams and customer sites when required
* Prepare and provide regular reports for management
Profil recherché / Profile Required
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work in a structured and repetitive environment
* Capability to manage exceptions and escalate when necessary
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Accuracy, precision, and strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, databases)
* Knowledge of SAP or an ERP system is an advantage
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong interest in continuous improvement
* Flexible and adaptable approach
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Some relevant experience in an industrial or technical environment is preferred
* Willingness to undergo a security check (DBS) depending on the role
