As Key Account Manager, you will focus on Food and Beverage accounts in Switzerland and Israel. We are looking for an experienced and energizing professional, with an understanding of new product development within their current industry. You will be based in Kemptthal, Switzerland, and report directly to the Commercial Director Switzerland and Israel.
Responsibilities
Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
Develop, communicate and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIs
Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
Defend base business in key markets and with key customers
Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts
Qualifications
BSc/ MSc in business degree (technical or commercial)
4 or more years of experience in sales, marketing or customer relationship in food or related industry
Business Fluency in English is a must, and German & Hebrew advantage
Expert in applying strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop ADPs
Understanding of customer strategy, programs, priorities, launch processes, and how to position offerings
Expert in building all account management steps in the brief handling process
Expert in generating new business by identifying unmet customer needs
Passionate about communication, negotiation and building good network on multiple levels
Strategic and commercial insight, with the courage to take calculated risks to achieve growth
