Responsibilities
* Perform release analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and active substances using chromatographic and/or wet chemical instrumental analytical methods, including HPLC, GC, FT-IR, titrations, and ICP.
* Conduct evaluations and documentation in accordance with current quality standards.
* Take responsibility for the qualification and control of assigned laboratory equipment.
* Carry out general laboratory tasks within the QC laboratory.
Requirements
* Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, preferably in analytical direction.
* Ideally, professional experience in QC analytics.
* Practical experience in instrumental analytics (HPLC, GC, FT-IR); experience with Chromeleon or Empower software is desirable.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with chromatography data systems and LIMS.
* Fluent German (minimum B2 level); English skills are an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and efficiently, even under pressure.
* High level of teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility.
* Ability to use complex equipment, techniques, and methods to perform specialised functions.
In Switzerland, for contract roles it is mandatory for the candidate to be a Swiss citizen or a European passport holder.
