Everllence Zurich has designed and brought to market hermetically sealed compression units equipped with an integrated multimegawatt electric high‑speed motor. To further advance this high‑tech product, we are looking for a new talent to join the team.
We can offer you the following tasks
1. Technical development responsibility: Develop and optimize electrical machines for demanding industrial applications, with a particular focus on high‑speed electrical motors, covering the complete development lifecycle from concept to validation.
2. Analysis and simulation: Perform, analyze, and validate electromagnetic and electrical calculations, using analytical methods as well as simulation‑based approaches.
3. Cutting edge development, research and innovation: Initiate and contribute to research and development projects, including support in the acquisition of internal and external funding, and collaboration with research partners where applicable.
4. Testing and validation on site: Support and execute testing and experimental validation of electrical machines and their components, including interpretation of test data and correlation with simulation and calculation models.
5. Product and process maturity: Actively contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement activities throughout the product development process.
6. Cross‑functional collaboration opportunities: Collaborate closely within multidisciplinary research and development teams, including development, testing, and customer project execution.
