What are we looking for
We are currently seeking a committed and highly organised Medical Team Assistant to support our distinguished medical team. In this key role, you will manage agendas and coordinate all appointments and internal meetings with precision and attention to detail. Working closely with doctors, clients, and cross-functional teams, you will help to ensure the seamless coordination of our services while upholding the highest standards of discretion and individualised care.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to doctors in the Medical and Psychiatry departments, as well as to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Clinical Executive Director
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communication across medical leadership
* Manage practice visit logistics, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and credit card reconciliation
* Prepare and facilitate onboarding presentations for new staff regarding the medical department
* Maintain and oversee training schedules and related documentation
* Provide operational support in selected therapies, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and infrared sauna sessions
* Medical skills such as blood draws or assistance with minor procedures are a strong advantage
You are/have
* Completed Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) training or equivalent education
* Fluency in English and German is required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules
* A calm, reliable, and service-minded attitude, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent professional communication skills, with discretion and diplomacy in all interactions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with Saturday shifts required occasionally as part of a rotating schedule within a standard five-day workweek
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland
