You will join the GQS team in the Global Quality division, consisting of 10 highly qualified and dedicated employees located across Denmark, Bern, and Munich. You can be situated in any of these countries and will report to the manager for QMS in Denmark. The position is temporary until December 31, 2026.
The team owns most of the global quality processes and the IT system, Veeva Quality, that supports them. We maintain Veeva Quality and associated procedures in close collaboration with global Subject Matter Expert (SME) stakeholders across the company, by processing improvement requests, developing training materials, and defining and monitoring quality KPIs for quarterly management reviews.
As a QMS Business Analyst, you will assist process managers with implementing improvements to Deviation, CAPAs, Change Control, Quality Risk Management, and other global quality processes. This includes specifying, designing, and testing changes impacting our Veeva Quality QMS.
You will collaborate closely with other GQS team members to evaluate change requests and ensure continuous value-adding improvements to the quality system. You may also have the opportunity to lead your own global quality improvement projects.

* Collaborate with core SMEs and super users to agree on improvements
* Write and maintain policies, SOPs, and work instructions
* Develop training materials and train qualified trainers
* Participate in the Change Advisory Board for Veeva Quality
* Define and assist in testing/validation of changes to Veeva Quality
To succeed in this role you will need:
* A bachelor’s or higher degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, engineering, or other natural sciences
* At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance operations, working with deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
* Good IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications
* Proficiency in English
Experience with Veeva Quality QMS or other IT quality systems is advantageous.
