About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
Lead and develop the Partner Sales team
Own the overall Partner strategy, aligned with company growth and revenue objectives for Switzerland
Establish a scalable approach to identify, acquire, and contract high-value partners in the ISV/ECR/UAT ecosystems
Be accountable for partner-driven revenue, including target setting, tracking, and delivery
Build, structure, and manage the team with clear KPIs and performance standards
Oversee onboarding, and growth processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
Lead key partnerships and senior-level negotiations to drive long-term value
Act as the central voice of the Partner business internally across Commercial, Product, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment
Essential Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, or Ecosystem Management, with a strong network in the ISV ecosystem
Strong track record of delivering partner-driven revenue growth and consistently meeting commercial targets
Experience in building and scaling partner programs and strategies in an international organization
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage performance through data and KPIs
Hands‑on approach and mindset, you enjoy actively shaping your area of responsibility
Fluency in German and English as a must, French is highly desired.
Bonus Skills
Experience in the Swiss payments industry with an established network
Strong capability in building partner KPI and performance tracking frameworks, including CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience in Partner Marketing
