You analyze incoming files by assessing feasibility, pricing, and the overall framework of the study while defining key steps and associated timelines. You coordinate the development of prototypes with subcontractors as well as partners. You challenge and optimize costs after analysis by studying quotes, negotiating prices, and deadlines to ensure competitiveness and relevance in your offers. You manage commercial aspects of the projects while ensuring adherence to deadlines, development stages, and conditions. You conduct active monitoring of luxury trends, market needs, and new requirements to identify future opportunities and inspire new developments. You represent the company at trade shows, professional events, and client meetings, embodying expertise, reliability, and quality standards. You hold a degree in commerce, marketing, or management and bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in the sale of high-end products, ideally in watchmaking, jewelry, or the luxury sector. You speak fluent French (C1) and English (C1). Knowledge of German or Italian is an advantage. You master sales techniques and can develop and apply effective commercial strategies to maximize results. You bring solid technical experience applied to high-end finished products, allowing you to understand constraints and support your clients effectively. You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, knowing how to convince while building lasting relationships. You demonstrate aesthetic sensitivity and a sense of detail that is essential in the luxury sector, with a constant demand for quality.
