The Trade Marketing intern program offers hands-on experience in managing the deployment of innovative retail solutions, specifically multi-category pop-up formats. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support planning, coordination, and execution, gaining practical skills in project management within the Swiss market.
Who we're looking for
* Available from February to August 2026
* Currently studying for a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
* Curiosity for how marketing meets execution in the field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
* Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and project coordination
* Proactive mindset, with the energy to take initiative and drive tasks forward
* Team player with a collaborative spirit and a hands-on attitude
* Consumer-centric approach and attention to detail
* Fluency in English, German and French is a must
Roles & Objectives
* Support the team in coordinating the Trade Marketing needs for new multi-category pop-up store implementations, to ensure smooth and timely deployments in the Swiss market.
* Support the team in the preparation of project plans and coordination tasks, including supplier follow-up, documentation, and alignment with internal teams.
* Ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, that timelines are respected, and in the case of issues or delays, help prepare mitigation actions.
* Coordination between Marketing and Deployment teams to manage the creation, validation and delivery of communication materials for each pop-up.
* Provide logistical and operational support to ensure that Trade Marketing elements are delivered, installed, and ready on-site according to plan.
