Global HR Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Head of HR Operations to lead our HR services strategy, enhance global delivery, and ensure the quality and efficiency of HR services. This pivotal role will oversee a team, manage outsourced partnerships, develop and implement HR processes and policies, and align with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive HR services strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
* Service Delivery: Optimize processes, ensuring consistency across regions, and enhance the global delivery of HR services.
* Quality Management: Ensure the quality and efficiency of HR services through continuous improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
* Technology Oversight: Oversee the implementation and management of HR technologies to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
* Outsourced Partnerships: Manage relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver value to the organization.
* Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business growth and compliance requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure HR services meet their expectations.
Candidate Qualifications:
* A minimum of ten years of HR/People Services operations experience in a global context.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* The ability to optimize HR operations and incorporate technical advancements to enable fit-for-purpose organizations.
* Experience in leading HR Services, including leading a global shared services model, and thought leadership in HR Open Services.
* Experience in payroll administration and strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
