Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the electrical engineering department with a team of three electrical engineers.
* Lead the construction of switchgear cabinets and execution of electrical and automation projects.
* Ensure efficient cooperation with software and mechanical departments and maintain project schedules.
* Prepare work plans, procure components, and maintain inventory management.
* Optimize processes within the department and contribute to the growth and stability of the team.
* Apply knowledge of variable speed drives (especially Lenze 9400) and control with Sigmatek to project solutions.
* Promote continuous improvement and support knowledge sharing across the department.
Qualifications
* College degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Several years of experience in a leadership role within electrical engineering.
* Knowledge of variable speed drives (preferably Lenze 9400) and control systems such as Sigmatek is an advantage.
* Structured working style with experience using ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
* A hands‑on mentality and a valid driving license B(E) are a plus.
